TurboTAP.org is a DoD resource for you — to support you in your efforts to help servicemembers who are leaving active duty.
This website is intended to supplement the TAP workshop and the services you offer. It is not a replacement of those services.

Individual Transition Plan
An individual transition plan can assist Service Members in finding a job, relocating, education and training options, veteran benefits, handling personal finances, and more!
Transition Guides
You can access the official DoD Transition Guides on this website. There are two versions: (1)Active Duty and (2) Guard/Reserve. They are available for download in PDF format — for you to use as handouts in presentations or for general distribution.

Employment Hub
A key aspect of transitioning, of course, is finding employment. This section currently offers advice and tips on how to write a resume, how to interview for a job, and more. Visit the Employment Hub.
